libgroove-dbg software package provides debugging symbols for libgroove, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgroove-dbg
libgroove-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgroove-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgroove-dbg *
You will get with libgroove-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
